For Spain, shipping is €8 for orders under €300.For France, shipping is €15 for orders under €300.For all other regions, please contact us for shipping rates.

Not always. We have exclusive distributors and sales representatives in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and all of Greece. Orders in these regions must be placed through the assigned representative or distributor.

Returns are only accepted in the case of quality issues.

No. Our products are sold in pre‑packed sets of 8 pieces. Each pack includes a balanced size ratio selected for retail sales.

For in‑stock items, order preparation takes 1–3 business days.Within Spain, orders are shipped with Correos and usually arrive within 2–5 business days.International orders are shipped with UPS and usually arrive within 3–5 business days.For pre‑orders, shipments will be dispatched according to the shipping date selected when placing the order.

Yes. You may download photos directly from our website or contact us for additional marketing materials. We also provide posters, displays, and other promotional materials for stores upon request.

Subject to approval by our credit insurance company, we offer payment terms of up to 90 days. Payments can be made by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.If your company is not approved by the insurance company, payment must be completed before shipment. Orders will be shipped once payment has been received.
